1. Registration & Confirmation

Registration will be confirmed only after successful submission of the registration form and payment.
Participants must provide complete and accurate details during the registration process.
Incomplete or incorrect entries may lead to cancellation without prior notice.

2. Payment Policy

All registration fees must be paid in full to confirm participation in IAHF 2026.
Payment receipts should be uploaded correctly for Online payments.
The organizing team reserves the right to verify transaction details before approval.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Registration fees are generally non-refundable.
If refunds are applicable under special circumstances, they will be processed at the discretion of the organizers.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the official conference email.

4. Conference Participation

Delegates are expected to follow the conference schedule, rules, and code of conduct.
The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any participant causing disruption or misconduct.
Badge sharing or unauthorized access is strictly prohibited.

5. Certificate & Attendance

Certificates will be issued only to registered participants who attend the conference.
The name entered during registration will appear on the certificate and cannot be changed later.

6. Intellectual Property

All scientific content, presentations, and conference materials belong to IAHF 2026 and may not be reproduced, recorded, or distributed without prior permission.
